About the Role
Southern Housing is seeking an experienced Contract Manager (Operations) to support commercial and operational delivery across their property services function. This interim role requires a specialist with strong contract management expertise, capable of ensuring high‑quality service performance, compliance, and value for money across operational contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee operational contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value for money.
* Monitor contractor performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
* Lead on contract reviews, performance meetings, and issue resolution.
* Support commercial governance, risk management, and reporting.
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Contribute to operational improvements and best‑practice processes.
About You
* Strong operational contract management experience within housing, property services, or a similar environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Ability to analyse performance data and drive service improvements.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Confidence working in a hybrid environment with autonomy and accountability.
