Position: Business Development Manager – Neurovascular, UK & Ireland (Commission). Location: Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom.
Role Purpose
* Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
* Interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders in the angio suite and across hospital procurement.
* Build trust and manage customer relationships.
* Manage territory through comprehensive business plans, focusing on high‑value opportunities to grow and develop new business.
* Gain share and adoption of new technologies while managing key customers.
* Manage and develop accounts; own the relationship, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to maximise impact of all activities driving growth.
* Share key insights from the external marketplace internally to shape future business plans.
* Ensure competence in the Neurovascular area and the Haemorrhagic and Ischaemic product portfolios.
* Act as an ambassador for J&J MedTech aligned to our Credo.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Account Planning
* Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans using key systems and data to gain a broad understanding of the business environment and account needs.
* Develop, deploy and maintain tactical account business plans aligned to business and customer objectives to deliver agreed objectives.
* Prepare appropriate plans to meet with customers to deliver on account plans and milestones.
Professional Education and Marketing
* Lead customer training activities.
* Partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain KOL relationships and champion the effective use of the Company’s comprehensive Professional Education offering.
Clinical Expertise
* Understand technical information relevant to procedures and product platforms.
* Maintain up‑to‑date market and industry knowledge.

Education & Experience Required
* Understanding of the external secondary care environment.
* Proven successful track record in selling within the Medical Devices sector.
* Experience in Neurosurgery, Neurovascular, Interventional Neuroradiology specialties is desirable.
* ABPI where appropriate.
