We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join our based at our Head Office in Edinburgh. The Personal Assistant will provide support to the General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer by ensuring that an effective level of administrative support, diary management and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders is provided at all times
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Upkeep of Director diary, making appointments as and when required
2. Monitor Directors’ e-mail accounts during absence.
3. Booking of all Hotel / Travel arrangements for Directors
4. Receive all Legal documentation (land purchases, etc) for signature by Directors/Authorised Signatories.Co-ordinate signature, liaise with external solicitors and stakeholders to return signed documentation in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
5. Experienced in providing board / Director level support
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
7. Has a high degree of personal discipline and pride in work
8. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, desk top publishing e-mail and internet
