As part of its continued expansion, the business is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead and scale its UK sales function. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a proven SAP sales professional who can drive revenue growth, build executive-level client relationships, and develop a high-performing sales organisation within a fast-growth consulting environment. They have an office in West London and are looking for someone to be able to operate on a hybrid basis from there. The Opportunity The Sales Director will take ownership of the UK sales strategy and execution across the companys SAP consulting portfolio, including: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) SAP S/4HANA & Digital Core Transformation SAP Intelligent Technologies (BTP, Signavio, Process Mining, Automation) Working closely with the Managing Director, Practice Leads, and Delivery teams, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth, positioning the business as a trusted partner for enterprise SAP transformation and managed services. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Define and execute the overall sales strategy across EAM, Digital Core, and Intelligent Technology practices. Deliver consistent year-on-year revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned to strategic growth objectives. Develop multi-year account plans for key enterprise customers. Leadership of the Sales Function Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales and Business Development team. Establish effective sales governance, forecasting, and reporting frameworks. Build a high-performance sales culture focused on consultative selling, pipeline quality, and deal discipline. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to align go-to-market activities. Strategic Client Engagement Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior executives across enterprise clients. Lead strategic deal pursuits and complex SAP consulting engagements. Position the organisation as a trusted transformation partner for SAP implementations, managed services, and innovation programmes. Represent the business at executive-level client meetings, industry events, and SAP partner engagements. SAP Ecosystem Engagement Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAP account executives, partner managers, and ecosystem stakeholders. Identify opportunities through SAP RISE, GROW, BTP, and S/4HANA programmes. Collaborate with SAP teams to co-develop pipeline opportunities and strategic initiatives. Opportunity Development & Deal Execution Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to deal closure. Oversee the development of winning proposals, RFP responses, and commercial strategies. Ensure alignment between client requirements, solution design, and delivery capability. Negotiate and close high-value consulting engagements and long-term partnerships. Market & Growth Opportunities Analyse industry trends and identify emerging market opportunities within SAP consulting. Support expansion into new sectors, service offerings, and geographies. Work with senior leadership to develop new offerings aligned to market demand. Required Experience 15 years experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally within SAP consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environments. Proven track record of winning and delivering large SAP consulting engagements. Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA, EAM, BTP, and digital transformation programmes. Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-suite stakeholders. Strong experience in strategic account management and complex deal negotiation.
