Responsibilities
* Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
* Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Support with medication administration (training provided)
* Assist with mobility and physical wellbeing
* Prepare meals and support with feeding where required
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Carry out light domestic duties (cleaning, shopping, laundry)
* Maintain accurate records and handover notes
* Act appropriately and confidently in emergency situations

Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months UK care experience
* Availability to work 30-40 hours per week with flexibility
* Access to transport (essential for travelling between services)
