 You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding, while empowering both staff and residents to reach their full potential
 
 Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
Ensure full compliance with all CQC regulations and governing legislation
Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing care team to deliver person-centred support.
Promote a strong safeguarding and quality assurance culture across the service.
Manage budgets effectively, maintaining high standards while achieving financial targets.
Oversee all service provision, audits, and KPIs to ensure exceptional care outcomes.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment for residents and staff.
 Registered Manager Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent within a CQC-regulated adult care service.
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 5 Leadership qualification desirable)
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care for adults with autism and learning disabilities.
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and support others.
Excellent understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and governance frameworks
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to meet the needs of the service
Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
