You'll be joining a collaborative, high-calibre team to deliver a global matter management implementation. The change spans people, process and technology, and you'll be engaging stakeholders at all levels, from fee earners and business services teams through to C-suite and Managing Partner to ensure the project delivers lasting value across the firm.
As a Change Manager, you'll confidently bridge the gap between new technology and its users, developing and delivering the change and communications strategy, assessing the impact of change across the business, managing stakeholder engagement, and designing training and adoption plans to ensure business readiness.
Experience working within a law firm or fee-earning environment is essential for this role, as is a strong understanding of how legal teams work and how matter management touches day-to-day practice. You'll need a proven track record of delivering complex technology change and the ability to tailor your communication style to diverse business functions and practice groups.
