Head Dental Nurse/TCO Position – Brand New Dental Beauty Practice

Compensation: £18.00 - £19.00 per hour
We are excited to open a search for a Head Dental Nurse/TCO to join our brand-new practice in the Kingston‑upon‑Thames area. This is a unique opportunity to join at the very start of our journey and grow with the practice.
Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 9 AM – 6 PM
* Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
* Occasional Saturdays may be required
Key Responsibilities
* Lead our nursing team to ensure the practice offers the very best patient experience.
* Perform high‑quality dental nursing support during all procedures in a safe and effective manner.
* Maintain professional indemnity, registration with the GDC and undertake CPD in line with these guidelines.
* Assist with practice managerial duties when required.
* Act as an ambassador for DBP’s vision, ethos and values; maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Dental Nurse, within a private or mixed practice.
* GDC Registration is a requirement for this position.
* Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable.
* Dental software experience is preferred but not essential.
* Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times.
* Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service.
