Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and self-directed people to step into the role of supporting our community engagement and customer communication efforts. This role is suited to an individual who is comfortable working independently and who has an interest in personal development and leadership-focused education.

The role involves engaging with prospective customers, building relationships, and assisting with structured communication processes using established systems and training.


Key Responsibilities

* Engage with prospective customers across digital platforms, including social media
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Communicate with customers via phone and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom
* Follow established processes to ensure consistency in communication
* Participate in regular online training and development sessions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress
* Work independently while aligning with team objectives and guidelines


Skills and Experience Required

* Minimum of 10+years' professional experience (self-employed or employed)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
* Comfortable using digital tools including email, phone systems, and video conferencing (Zoom)
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Interest in personal development, leadership, or education sectors is desirable


Work Environment

* Fully remote role with flexible working arrangements
* Independent contractor arrangement
* Access to training and ongoing support
* Access to a global team


Additional Information

* This role is best suited to individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a structured but independent capacity. Candidates should be open to learning new systems and following established processes.
