SEN Teaching Assistants – Long Term and Permanent Roles (Coventry & Warwickshire) If you’re a Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, there are excellent opportunities across Coventry and Warwickshire right now. We’re working with mainstream and specialist schools who need patient, committed staff for long-term and permanent posts. Responsibilities: * Support students with additional needs in class, small groups, or 1:1. * Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning plans. * Help pupils build confidence, independence, and social skills. * Record progress and share feedback with the teaching team. * Contribute to a calm, consistent learning environment. * Take part in ongoing CPD and reflective practice. Requirements: * Level 3 qualification or a relevant degree (e.g. Psychology). * Recent experience supporting students in a school setting. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Calm, empathetic, and adaptable under pressure. * Available for 5 days per week, with flexibility for long-term or permanent placements.
