HR Business Partner (Generalist) Loughborough £46,000 per annum Are you a HR Business Partner looking for a new position in the Loughborough area? We have partnered with our client to recruit a CIPD Qualified, experienced HR Business Partner for a stand-alone position. You will serve as a trusted advisor and build strong partnerships with Managers, providing guidance and support on various HR areas. This role requires a genuine passion for HR and the successful candidate will be up to date with all current legislations and Employment Law. Job Responsibilities: Acting as the main point of contact for all HR Matters Dealing with Employee Relations queries including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management Conducting disciplinary hearings. Building relationships and business partnering with line managers The successful candidate will: Ideally have a CIPD Qualification Level 5 or above Be a strong HR generalist with exposure to the full employee life cycle including dealing with complex ER cases Have a good understanding of employment law and legislations Be able to build rapport, influence and engage with people at all levels and have effective relationship management skills Have a positive, friendly and collaborative approach Please note this role does offer hybrid working with great benefits.
