Key Responsibilities:
Logging and processing service calls via phone, email, and online portals
Issuing invoices and tracking job completion updates
Keeping customers informed with ETAs and status updates
Answering customer queries and providing admin support to senior teams
Liaising with technicians and customers to ensure a smooth service journey
Quoting additional services and acting on feedback
Supporting the Key Accounts team to deliver outstanding customer serviceAbout You:
Confident phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general admin tools
Strong written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Reliable, positive, and eager to learn and grow
Organised, professional, and capable of handling confidential information
