This role will be centered around the provision of high quality clinical leadership to drive improvements and optimise the delivery of care to women and their families.

The postholder will be a key member of the leadership team with specific responsibility for Labour Ward, Maternity Triage and Maternity Theatres, working in partnership with the wider MDT and external stakeholders to develop, promote, and facilitate quality improvement across all Maternity settings within the NCA.
