Retirement Villages is on the lookout a Project Manager to join on a one year FTC. You will drive and accelerate the delivery of priority projects within the organisation. You are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire change lifecycle, from identification and planning to implementation and evaluation. As well as focusing on accelerating delivery of multiple priority projects running in parallel. Through coordinating project processes, creating tools to drive process improvement and advising and upskilling cross-functional teams. Requirements What will the Project Manager be doing? Business Planning Establish a strategic business planning process that aligns with our long-term vision and strategy, producing a 1-2 year integrated plan and ensuring all departmental priorities are integrated and responsive to changes in the business environment. Priority Projects Identify and focus on priority projects that drive the most value for stakeholders, ensuring these projects are managed with excellence to achieve desired results within budget and timelines. Process Taxonomy Refine and implement a comprehensive process taxonomy that prioritises and develops business processes that are categorises all business processes clearly and logically, facilitating improved efficiency, understanding, and management of core and supporting activities Central Resourcing Create a central resourcing framework that optimises the allocation of our teams across priorities and enhancing our ability to meet strategic objectives efficiently. Build a capability map that enables a comprehensive understanding of team skills and experiences. Build Capability Build targeted organisational capability in project management and delivery through coaching, oversight and workshops to build skills that deliver grip and pace in projects in alignment with the evolving needs of the business. Clear Communication Develop a robust change and delivery communication strategy that effectively informs and engages all stakeholders on our priorities, change and progress, with a message that builds and with listening built in, maintaining transparency and building trust and understanding.
