Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant - Clacton
We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a primary school in Clacton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping children thrive and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
Support classroom management and encourage positive behaviour.
Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet pupils' needs.
Help create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to helping all pupils reach their potential.
