As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will:
* Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors
* Ensure ADP participants are meeting and achieving hurdles
* Lead training and development activities, tools, and routines to help enable Advisor Trainee productivity
* Be personally involved with ADP participants who require heightened support to achieve success
* Reinforce compliance, supervision, and provide risk management support of ADP participants and their activity for market leadership
* Lead pipeline management routines with teams and coach on pipeline execution
* Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships Strategy & Accountability
* Support leaders in implementing effective performance management, including goal setting, incentive, and other reward, and recognition mechanisms
* Support market results while maintaining strict consistency with national programs
* Coach and develop advisor trainees, building relationships across the franchise and providing strategic business guidance
* Support sales force expansion by executing growth plans and recruiting strategies
* Administer sales supervision practices in the market
Responsibilities:

* Require 3+ years of industry experience with a leading firm
* Require 5+ years of experience in sales, team management, and coaching
* Hold Series 7 & 66 licenses, and Series 9 & 10 or equivalent; if not held, must be obtained within 120 days
* Travel as required depending on geography
