Vision for Education are proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected specialist provision in Westbury to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviours, Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs.

About the School
This specialist setting is an all-age provision designed to meet a wide range of SEND needs, supporting pupils from early years through to post-16.
The school offers:
Staff are well-trained in areas such as autism, communication strategies (e.g. PECS), and positive behaviour support, ensuring you are fully supported in your role.
If you are going into this role as a Trainee Learning Support Assistant, Vision for Education will provide you with additional training courses to complete after a successful interview, which include, Safeguarding and Child Protection, Behaviour Management, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and an Introduction into being a Teaching Assistant.
