Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect to join our team in Maidenhead.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organisation's technology landscape and driving digital transformation initiatives.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic business environment.
1. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies
2. Lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-wide technology solutions
3. Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute long-term IT roadmaps
4. Analyse current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
5. Guide cross-functional teams in the adoption of new technologies and architectural best practices
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
7. Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization
8. Mentor and provide technical leadership to other architects and IT professionals
9. Develop and present architecture proposals and recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
10. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
11. TOGAF certification or a comparable enterprise architecture qualification
12. Proven experience in IT architecture, with a track record of delivering enterprise-wide solutions
13. Deep understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar
14. Expertise in developing IT strategies, modelling business processes, and creating actionable roadmaps
15. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP), data management, and analytics tools
16. Familiarity with IT governance, regulatory compliance, and project management methodologies
17. Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives across complex organisations
18. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
