Key Responsibilities * Support delivery of the organisation’s compensation and total rewards strategy * Manage annual salary review and bonus cycles * Lead salary benchmarking, job architecture, and pay frameworks * Deliver pay equity analysis and support EU Pay Transparency requirements * Produce compensation reporting, dashboards, and statutory submissions * Partner closely with HR teams on compensation policies and decisions * Maintain accurate compensation data within HR systems * Line manage and develop a Total Rewards Analyst Ideal Candidate Profile * Proven experience in a Compensation or Total Rewards Manager role * Strong people management experience (essential) * Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability * Solid understanding of pay equity and transparency regulations * Experience with job evaluation and compensation surveys * Comfortable working in a changing, project-driven environment * Workday experience beneficial but not essential Interested?
