What You'll Do
Deliver 1:1 tuition tailored to each learner's needs
Create engaging, supportive lessons that help students overcome barriers
Work with young people who may have gaps in learning or disrupted education
Encourage confidence, independence and academic progress
Based in schools, community centres and libraries in Rochdale ( no home tuition - safe working environment)We're Looking For People With:
Experience in education or supporting young people (any setting welcomed)
A strong understanding of how to adapt learning to different abilities
Patience, empathy and a nurturing approach
Good communication and organisational skills
