Customer Services Administrator
Full-time | Customer Care Hub
Are you an organised and compassionate administrator who thrives on supporting people through sensitive moments? We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join our Customer Care Hub, helping to ensure the smooth running of our Cremations department, with a focus on supporting pet owners and veterinary practices.
What you'll do:
* Manage the department inbox and respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
* Provide dedicated support to veterinary practices regarding cremation enquiries.
* Accurately register pets upon arrival and oversee daily intake.
* Prepare and send correspondence regarding outstanding invoices.
* Liaise with pet owners to arrange payments with empathy and care.
* Make outbound calls to confirm cremation service arrangements when needed.
* Assist with general administration, including light HR support.
What we're looking for:
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive conversations.
* Confident with IT systems (Microsoft Office, Outlook, databases).
* Ability to prioritise, work accurately, and meet deadlines.
* Previous customer service or administration experience (healthcare, veterinary, or bereavement settings are an advantage).
