Key Responsibilities
* Shift Leadership – Take responsibility for the bar and floor team during your shift, ensuring excellent service, a lively atmosphere, and smooth operations into the early hours.
* Customer Experience – Lead by example on the floor, engaging with guests, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
* Team Management – Motivate, brief, and support the team throughout the shift, keeping morale high and performance consistent.
* Operational Control – Oversee tills, stock levels, and compliance with licensing laws and safety procedures.
* Problem Solving – Respond calmly and effectively to unexpected challenges, from staffing gaps to customer incidents.
* End‑of‑Night Duties – Handle cashing up, reporting, and venue close‑down procedures with accuracy and accountability.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a supervisory or duty management role within hospitality, ideally in a late‑night or high‑volume environment.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to lead by example.
* Confidence in handling challenging situations and making quick decisions under pressure.
* Good working knowledge of licensing regulations, health & safety, and security practices.
* A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
