The Role As a Private Client Solicitor, you will: * Provide expert legal services to clients in areas such as wills, trusts, probate, and wealth management. * Deliver exceptional client care by advising, assisting, and representing individuals with their private client matters. This can will be face to face due to the nature of the work * Manage a varied caseload, working with clients in person, over the phone, and through correspondence. * Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. * Calculate inheritance tax, apply for reliefs, and administer estates with precision and efficiency. * Collaborate with other legal professionals and contribute to the firm’s goals and objectives. * Assist in marketing the firm and raising the profile of the private client team. * Maintain accurate diary systems, record time meticulously, and ensure billing is completed promptly.
