Business Change Workstream Lead - Digital Transformation (3 days onsite, Lincoln)
£380 per day - inside IR35
The Role
We are seeking a senior Business Change Workstream Lead to support a major Digital Transformation program within healthcare. You will drive the implementation of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, improving clinical access to information and hospital efficiency. Reporting to the Program Design and Build Lead, you will ensure technology aligns with care delivery, support seamless system integration, and deliver benefits across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage business change and training resources for EPR implementation.
Lead teams through benefit and change management processes.
Ensure systems integrate with existing platforms, including PAS, NHS App, and EDMS.
Monitor and report on delivery of benefits to stakeholders.
Analyze patient pathways and operational flows for safe and effective care delivery.
Coordinate training, benefits, and change across multiple projects.
Provide Change Management support for existing and new systems.
Collaborate with service groups to deliver modernization and service improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience delivering EPR implementations within NHS Trusts (preferably Nervecentre).
Strong understanding of patient pathways and operational workflows.
Knowledge of integration and interoperability standards such as FHIR.
Experience managing complex ICT-enabled projects.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent, with evidence of ongoing professional development.
Desirable Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar tools.
Strong planning, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of ICT-enabled change and training services.

Attendance
3 days per week onsite in Lincoln, with flexibility for remote work for remaining days.
