We're seeking a Client Service Associate to join a high-performing team, providing exceptional day-to-day support to financial advisers and clients. You'll play a key role in preparing client reports, managing annual review processes, and ensuring operational excellence - all in a fully remote working environment.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting advisers with client review packs, reports, and relevant documentation
* Managing the full lifecycle of the annual review process
* Liaising with advisers to clarify incomplete or missing information
* Providing outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* Experience in financial services, ideally in client support or administration
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and working with digital systems
