Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Full and Part Time Roles Available
Pay Scale: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to support a welcoming nursery setting in DE14. This role will involve working across multiple rooms, supporting children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, due to planned staff absences and a live permanent vacancy within the setting. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, based at the nursery's main site, with the potential for the placement to extend depending on staffing needs. Part Tiem Roles are also available.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children aged 6 weeks to 5 years across different nursery rooms
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain consistent routines and care standards
Observe, support, and record children's progress where required
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all timesWho We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Confident supporting children across multiple age ranges
A caring, reliable, and adaptable approach
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the nurseryCompliance & Vetting Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Two references from the two most recent employers
