We’re looking for a welcoming and enthusiastic Receptionist to become part of our Front Office family, delivering exceptional guest experiences every day. Your role in our family: Provide a warm welcome and deliver outstanding service throughout the guest journey. Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. Maintain clear communication with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Develop a thorough understanding of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. What would make you the perfect fit?
