Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites
* Ensure cleaning services meet client specifications and company standards
* Conduct regular audits and implement improvements
* Lead, recruit, and develop cleaning teams
* Manage staff performance, attendance, and scheduling
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
* Monitor service delivery using systems (e.g. Timegate)
* Support operational delivery, including hands-on cleaning where required
About You - Essential:
* Experience in contracts management or supervisory roles within cleaning or FM
* Proven experience managing multi-site teams
* Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and Health & Safety
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Confident managing performance and client relationships
* Experience with workforce/time management systems
Desirable:
* IOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification
* Experience in education, healthcare, or large contracts
