Are you a Production Team Leader, Supervisor or similar looking to join a long-standing, large manufacturer, offering a Monday to Thursday role working just 4 afternoons and evenings a week?
In this role you will be overseeing a team of 10 on the shop floor to ensure smooth running of production. You will be reporting to the Production Manager and handling issues involving quality, cost, and personnel. This will be Monday to Thursday working from 1pm - 11pm.
Founded nearly 40 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products into industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, with trusted clients across the globe. They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor looking to work only 4 days a week in a progressive manufacturer where they will be working at the forefront of modern technologies.
