Salary: £17.91 - £20.86 Per Hour
Contract: Days / Nights – flexible; 4x12 Hour Shifts per week (48 Hours contract)

Responsibilities
* Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents and ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met
* Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
* Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident
* Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies and legislation
Qualifications and skills
* As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, you’ll be responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team
* You have experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
* You are confident offering clinical guidance for care teams and supporting all CQC tasks
* You build connections with residents and their families, providing kindness, care and support
* Effective communication and reporting skills are essential for handover of clinical issues
* Night work requires enhanced skills to ensure patient safety when working with limited support; strong critical thinking and the ability to manage care staff calmly in emergencies
