* Proactive and agile in your attitude to work.
* Experience managing annual budgets of c£1m per client.
* Minimum 1.5 years’ experience across paid search – Google & Bing.
* Social media a bonus but not a requirement.
* Certified in Google AdWords.
* Strong knowledge of the Google stack (SA360 & Campaign Manager).
* Strong interpersonal skills to work within a rapidly growing and ever-changing business.
* Excellent paid search knowledge, both strategic and implementation.
* Have an in-depth understanding of technology and the ability to evaluate new tools and processes.
