Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated fundraising professional to join MYTIME Young Carers and drive our corporate income stream. As Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing new corporate partnerships, whilst providing outstanding stewardship to existing partners. You will play a key role in growing sustainable income that directly funds our work with young carers.


Key Responsibilities


Securing New Corporate Partnerships

* Research, identify, and proactively approach prospective corporate partners whose values align with MYTIME Young Carers' mission.
* Develop compelling, tailored proposals and pitches to secure new partnerships, including Charity of the Year, sponsorship, and employee fundraising agreements.
* Manage a robust pipeline of new business prospects, tracking progress and reporting against income targets.
* Achieve and exceed agreed income targets for corporate fundraising.
* Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop innovative partnership propositions that appeal to a wide range of corporate audiences.


Relationship Building & Networking

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within corporate partner organisations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout the partnership lifecycle.
* Develop and manage a network of corporate contacts, attending relevant networking events, and industry conferences to raise the profile of MYTIME Young Carers.
* Represent the charity professionally and passionately at external meetings, presentations, and events.


Stewardship of Corporate Partners

* Deliver a high-quality stewardship programme for existing corporate partners, ensuring they are engaged, recognised, and feel connected to the impact of their support.
* Identify opportunities to renew and grow existing partnerships, seeking to increase levels of engagement and financial commitment year on year.
* Ensure all corporate partners receive timely acknowledgement of donations and fundraising activity.


Event Management

* Plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of corporate fundraising events, including The MYTIME Ball, golf day, challenge events, and partner engagement events like quizzes and sporting tournaments.
* Work with the wider team to incorporate corporate partners into MYTIME Young Carers' signature events, maximising sponsorship and engagement opportunities.
* Manage event budgets, logistics, supplier relationships, and post-event reporting.
* Identify and secure corporate sponsorship for events, ensuring targets are met and sponsors receive full value from their involvement.


General

* Maintain accurate records of all corporate activity, communications, and income using the charity's CRM system.
* Contribute to the wider fundraising strategy and team planning, sharing knowledge and best practice.
* Ensure all activity complies with fundraising regulations, GDPR, and MYTIME Young Carers' policies and procedures.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of Fundraising.


Qualifications and Experience

* Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or a related sales/partnership role.
* A strong track record of securing new business and meeting or exceeding income targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
* Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* A genuine commitment to the mission and values of MYTIME Young Carers.
* Experience working within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
* Knowledge of the young carers or social care landscape.
* An existing network of corporate contacts.
* Experience of planning and delivering events.
* Strong written skills, with the ability to produce high-quality proposals, reports, and correspondence.
