What skills and experience we're looking for The successful candidate will be part of a highly skilled SEND team who is passionately committed to the young people of the Maltby Learning Trust schools. They will build an understanding of SEND processes and the legal framework in which they sit. This role will be based in the Maltby Learning Trust head office (Maltby Grammar Business Hub), but will be expected to operate from the Primary Academies as required. The ideal candidate will: • be committed to Maltby Learning Trust's Vision and Values and the Academy's Core Learning Characteristics • be a driven, proactive, and positive individual with an unwavering commitment to continuously improving their own standards. • have a true growth mindset, exceptional work ethic and a sense of humour. • be a team player and work closely with other professionals and implement effective strategies to ensure systems and processes are rigorously adhered to. • have strong administration skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. • have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and high professional standards. • be organised and able to work to tight deadlines. • be an excellent professional with high expectations of all staff within the team. • have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new ideas. • have the knowledge and experience of the context in which Sir Thomas Wharton Academy operates.
