A private household in Central London is seeking a skilled and experienced Private Chef to prepare lunch and dinner six days per week. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a range of international cuisines with a focus on Traditional British, Asian, Italian, and Mediterranean dishes. All wet preparation is expected to be completed offsite (at your own home kitchen), with final cooking and plating done in the residence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute daily lunch and dinner menus tailored to the principals’ preferences and dietary needs
2. Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals using seasonal ingredients
3. Wet prep to be completed offsite; all items must be delivered ready to cook/assemble
4. Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times, with proper food safety protocols
5. Shop for or source ingredients from trusted suppliers, prioritising freshness and quality
6. Accommodate dietary restrictions, special occasions, and guest meals when needed
7. Maintain discretion and professionalism in a private household environment
