As a Service Desk Planner, you'll be the key point of coordination for engineers and account managers, ensuring smooth and timely service delivery for a portfolio of clients. While previous experience in a similar role is ideal, we offer full training to help you succeed. This is a Temp to Perm position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule jobs for a dedicated portfolio of accounts
* Allocate and manage engineer workloads
* Monitor and process job paperwork and escalate where needed
* Communicate with Account Managers and clients regarding service delivery
* Issue reports and certificates, and ensure documentation accuracy
* Liaise with engineers on job progress, updates, and concerns
* Book appointments with clients and confirm scheduling
* Raise new jobs, contracts, and order materials
* Assist with job-related queries, abortive charges, and missed visits
* Support invoicing by checking job details and paperwork
* Answer incoming calls and handle general administrative tasks
* Run weekly reports to track pending or overdue jobs

* Previous experience in scheduling or a similar admin/coordinator role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable handling a fast-paced, detail-oriented workload
