Job Description
3. Manage and maintain the company's accounts receivable
4. Ensure timely collection of payments
5. Conduct credit checks on potential customers
6. Negotiate payment plans with customers
7. Resolve customer queries related to payments and account balances
8. Prepare reports on account status and collection activities
9. Collaborate with the sales team to establish credit terms for new customers
10. Comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
13. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
14. Strong communication and negotiation skills
