An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Payroll Assistant to join a friendly and supportive finance team within a well-established business.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the processing of two monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
* Using a time and attendance system to ensure accurate input of hours and data.
* Maintaining payroll records and employee information.
* Supporting statutory calculations including SSP, SMP and pensions.
* Handling payroll queries and assisting with reporting and month-end tasks.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a payroll or finance role.
* Experience working with time and attendance systems.
* Basic understanding of payroll processes and HMRC regulations.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
