The successful candidate will share our ACTIVES, and will be responsible for ensuring a fun, active and stimulating experience at our Holiday Camp provision.

A passion for working with children and providing inclusive, fun, and engaging activities for the children in your care. Alongside this, you will inspire them to explore their interests, assisting with the planning and delivery of games and activities. This will include multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play, therefore, enthusiasm and organisation skills are essential
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the children in your care. All team members are required to follow specific policies and procedures, including accident and incident reporting, as well as health and safety checks as required. It is important to note that the children and families also benefit from consistent, reliable team members through the positive relationships that are built.
You will manage the day-to-day running of the wraparound and ensure our on site team conduct themselves in line with our ACTIVES. You will report into the Holiday Programme Manager and have responsibility for auditing and ordering food & resources when required.
All Camp Managers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and communicate effectively with all team members, parents, children and schools on a daily basis. You will be a representative of the organisation's brand so it's vital to always be a positive role model.

Availability
* The ideal candidate will need to be available for 22nd December 23rd December, 29th December, 30th December & 31st December.
* There will be a mandatory induction training session that will need to be completed before the 22nd December (this may be online or in person)
Operating Hours
* 08:30 to 16:15 each day
Essential:
* A passion for working with children
* Attention to detail
* Passionate and driven to deliver a world class service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to organise and facilitate high quality sessions & activities
Desirable:
* Childcare or Primary Education qualification
* Experience in working within an educational setting
* Knowledge and understanding of the Holiday Activities & Food programme
* Paediatric First Aid Certificate
* Safeguarding Certificate
* Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education OR Diploma for the Early Years workforce
* Level 2 Food hygiene certificate
* FGM awareness
* Prevent Duty knowledge
* Child sexual exploitation knowledge
* County Lines knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on the delivery of our Active Holidays programme, including serving lunch and a light snack
* Manage the setting on a day to day basis
* Deliver inclusive, high-quality sessions and activities, creating a positive, caring, supportive environment
* Act professionally in interactions with children, parents, colleagues and schools.
* Safeguarding the well-being of children, following organisational policies and procedures
* Maintain records, ensuring all children are signed in and out of sessions using our online register system
* Taking appropriate steps to identify and overcome barriers to participation
* Attending professional development where required for the role
* Be a brand ambassador, demonstrating our company values at all time
