We're recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers for night shunting work with occasional trunk runs into Cornwall, based in Newton Abbot. This is ad-hoc work with regular start times, ideal for drivers who like familiar routes and minimal customer contact.
✅ Pay: £18.49 per hour (PAYE Advanced) - Weekly Pay
✅ Shifts: Sunday to Friday - Start times between 10pm & 12am
✅ Location: Newton Abbot, Devon
Responsibilities
* Shunt trailers and vehicles between local depots
* Complete occasional trunk runs into Cornwall during night shifts
* Carry out pre-use checks and complete paperwork accurately
* Communicate with the night controller to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements
* Class 2 HGV (Cat C) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* Comfortable working nights and independently
