About us:
Visiting Angels has been providing high-quality, unrushed care across the world for 20 years. With over 700 offices worldwide, Visiting Angels Renfrewshire and Inverclyde have launched a new office in the Renfrewshire area. Each office is a family-run business looking to bring outstanding care to our clients, and with our carer-centric approach, ensure that our ‘Angels’ feel valued, loved, and most of all rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
We redefine the role of carers in society and by doing so deliver a new standard of person-centred care.
Because we believe that our caregivers are at the centre of our business, we continually invest in their skills, development, and well-being. Taking a carer-centric approach means that our caregivers feel valued and content, encouraging them to stay with us. This environment allows our caregivers to develop meaningful relationships with our clients, ensuring we deliver on our promise of supporting independent living.
Our minimum one-hour visits enable caregivers to spend more time with our clients, providing an exceptional home care experience that is not rushed but tailored to their needs.
About you:
You will be a genuinely caring person with excellent listening skills, outstanding empathy, a loving personality, and the drive to make a difference in our clients’ lives. You will undergo personality profiling to match you with the right clients. We want you to approach care as if it’s for a family member because this is what you would want for your loved ones.
As a carer, you will visit clients in their homes, supporting them with daily tasks to help them live independently while enriching their lives within the comfort of their own homes.
You must be a car driver with a full driving license and access to your own vehicle, be over 18, and have the right to work in the UK. We welcome applicants even without prior care experience, as transferable skills are valued. If you have care experience, you will appreciate the difference it makes when we put you at the heart of everything we do. Because you truly matter to us.
