are currently supporting an independent fully private dental practice in Barnet, Greater London to recruit an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator for a permanent full-time role.

1. Full-time position (5 days per week available)
2. Monday – Friday (working hours to be discussed)
3. Occasional Saturdays are also required
4. Salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
5. Monthly and annual performance-based bonuses available

About the Role
This role is central to the patient journey and treatment conversion process. You will support patients from initial enquiry through to treatment acceptance, ensuring a smooth, informed, and positive experience while helping the practice achieve its commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
9. Discussing and presenting high-value treatment plans to patients
10. Managing and converting marketing leads
11. Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
12. Managing diaries, appointments, and treatment schedules
13. Discussing finance options, costs, and treatment timelines confidently
14. Building strong, trusting relationships with patients
15. Conducting both face-to-face and virtual consultations
16. Taking ownership of revenue pipeline, KPIs, and conversion performance (not just bookings)
17. Working to targets, deadlines, and performance goals
About You
18. Minimum 3 years’ experience in dental sales or dental business development (essential)
19. Strong understanding of general and specialist dental treatments
20. Confident, self-motivated, and commercially aware
21. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
22. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
23. Valid DBS required
