Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our UK office. This role will be key in driving online visibility, lead generation, and brand awareness through multi-channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and proactive, with strong knowledge of modern digital marketing tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid and organic digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, and social media).
* Content Creation & Management: Work with the marketing team to create engaging copy, visuals, and multimedia assets for websites, blogs, social platforms, and email campaigns.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social insights and SEMRush.
* SEO/SEM: Implement strategies to improve website rankings, increase traffic, and optimise user experience.
* Social Media: Manage the company’s UK and global social presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube), driving engagement and community growth.
* Video Work: Plan, create and assist with video content for websites, social media, and campaigns.
* Website Management: Support content updates, landing page creation, and CRO (conversion rate optimisation). Work with in-house developers to improve site performance.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business objectives.
* Market Research: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.
Requirements
Essential
* Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
* Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEMRush.
* Experience with content management systems (e.g., Magento, Shopify).
* Strong copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Desirable
* Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or technology products.
* Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g., Zoho).
* Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM.
