My client, a leading and fast‑growing £40m turnover logistics and service business based in Cheltenham, are looking to appoint a talented FP&A Analyst to support their continued expansion and commercial performance.

About the Role
As the FP&A Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving financial insight, business performance, and strategic decision‑making. Working closely with senior leadership, you will:
1. Produce high‑quality financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
2. Support budgeting cycles and long‑term planning
3. Deliver commercial insight to non‑finance stakeholders
4. Analyse trends, margins, KPIs, and performance drivers
5. Assist in developing financial models to support strategic initiatives
6. Help shape data‑driven decisions across the organisation
This is a highly visible role, ideal for someone who enjoys partnering across the business and adding real commercial value.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
7. Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) - or equivalent experience
8. Analytical, curious, and commercially minded
9. Confident using Excel and financial modelling tools
10. Comfortable presenting insight to senior stakeholders
11. Ambitious with a desire to progress as the function grows
Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting within a service or logistics related business is beneficial, but not essential.
