Responsibilities
* To carry out typical consultancy QS scope of works for projects including but not limited to the following:-
* Prepares cost estimates during design stage.
* Prepares pre-tender estimates, carry out prequalification exercise, tender and/or quotation documentation, tender/quotation evaluation and award.
* Carry out post contract administration works including contract document compilation, prepare monthly valuations and cost reports, submit RVOs, assess variations and settlement of final accounts with contractor.
* Assess and manage variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studies
* Assist to advise client on contractual matters where required.
Requirements
* Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering qualification
* 8 years experience within pre and post contract in consultancy / Construction environment would be of advantages
* Experience in handling water pump, ventilation, fire drill installation etc
* Individuals of the highest caliber who are confident, driven and with excellent interpersonal skills
* Organized and able to handle stress
