Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs in their early years? A welcoming primary school in Garston is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to start immediately in a long-term role.
About the Role
* Work 1:1 with a loving and happy boy in EYFS who has ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition), global developmental delay, and is non-verbal.
* Deliver play-based learning activities to encourage engagement, communication, and development.
* Provide consistency and emotional support, building a strong, trusting relationship.
* Assist with personal care and ensure the child’s comfort and wellbeing throughout the day.
* Collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to implement tailored strategies and interventions.
* Monitor progress and contribute to reports for EHCP reviews.
