We're hiring a Digital Business Performance & Planning Manager to join one of our Business Management Teams in DWP Digital.

You and your role
This role is all about supporting our Business Management teams in ensuring the effective management of risk, finance, workforce planning, business planning, audit, compliance and business performance. You will help the organisation to achieve Digital's strategic outcomes.
You'll work with various stakeholders to maintain resource data, and support your team with maintaining data systems, dashboards and trackers and workforce reporting.
You'll have a range of administration duties on behalf of our wider Senior Leadership Teams, including acting as secretariat during governance meetings. You'll also supporting recruitment activity for project resourcing.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of £32,137.
