Senior Interior Designer Job in Edinburgh
A Senior Interior Designer Job is available with a design consultancy working on retail projects!
This strategy driven design practice specialises in retail and hospitality projects. They are now looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their Edinburgh team and work on retail projects. The successful candidate will be working exciting UK and international projects across all stages.
Role & Responsibilities
* Complete project design tasks through from concept to delivery
* Attend client and site meetings (travel will be required on occasion)
* Complete detailed working drawings and specifications
* Create moodboards and design presentations
* Completion of concept proposals
* Manage workload to meet deadlines
* Work closely with wider project team
* Support junior designers where required
* Report on project progress to the Design Director.
Required Skills & Experience
* Degree in either Interior Design or Interior Architecture is required
* Minimum of 5 years' UK experience working on retail projects through all stages
* Knowledge of Vectorworks
* Proficiency in Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign and Enscape
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge of retail strategy and customer flow.
