Job Description
Fram are working with a chartered financial planning firm with offices in across the UK. Due to a growth within the firm, they are looking for a Financial Planning support Team Leader to manage a team of 5 administrators across two offices. The role will be based in Preston looking after a small team there with 2 further administrators in the Manchester office, but these will be managed remotely. As a Team Leader will ensure that the admin team are operating effectively by training, managing, and providing support to all administrative personnel. This support function is an integral and very important part of the delivery of advice services by the Advisers to their valued clients.
Key responsibilities
1. Support and allocate work to administration team
2. Provide training and development to CSOs.
3. Supporting the development of processes within the Financial Planning Support team.
4. Reviewing Management Information to support the delivery of a financial planning service and the development team
5. Supporting clients and Financial Planners through phone, email, and video.
6. Handling client enquiries and liaising with providers.
7. Promoting the Personal Financial Portal and processing Vouched For referrals.
8. Booking appointments, diary management and preparing complex meeting packs.
