Responsibilities:
* Sourcing/identification/engagement of suitable Supply Chain (Subcontractors & Suppliers) for specific tendered projects
* Formatting/Input Bills of Quantities to department software programme
* Resourcing of Bills of Quantities to enable development of works packages/first principles pricing/materials
* Issue Supply Chain Tender Pricing Enquiries for Work Packages
* Follow up of enquiries and requests for quotes
* Work Package/Materials Quotation Comparisons and Validation
* BOQ Measurement & Take-Off of works in order develop Cost Estimates to NRM
* Preparation of Bills of Quantities NRM
* Preparation of Cost Plans NRM
* Development of tender RFI schedules
* Collate design fee schedules in collaboration with design manager
* Develop tender preliminaries costs
* Project risk analysis/assessment
* Updating supply chain enquiries for document revisions & clarifications issued during tender process.
* Use of departmental software system for above activities
* Reporting to Senior Management
* To arrange handover meetings and formally hand-over new contracts
* Input to and develop contractor proposals for tender bids
* Database management
* Addressing post tender queries
