Job Description
Key Responsibilities
3. Bring the marketing plan to life through consistent, high‑quality execution
4. Create and deliver engaging content across digital, social and offline channels
5. Apply and champion the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency of tone and visual identity
6. Manage and update the company website, keeping content current and on brand
7. Own the day‑to‑day creation and publishing of social media content
8. Design and produce digital and printed collateral to support sales and commercial activity
9. Support the planning and delivery of events, exhibitions and brand activations
10. Identify opportunities to improve, refresh or enhance marketing activity
11. Manage multiple priorities, deadlines and outputs in a fast‑paced environment
12. Support the Head of Marketing with research, insight and execution of strategic initiatives
The Successful Applicant
Requirements
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills
14. Demonstrable experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom)
15. Experience creating digital and social content
16. Understanding of budgets and working within cost parameters
17. Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects

19. Naturally creative with the ability to generate and develop multiple ideas
20. Bias towards action you prefer creating, testing and improving rather than waiting for perfection
21. Comfortable working at pace and adapting when priorities shift
22. Confident working under direction while taking ownership of delivery
23. Open to feedback and keen to develop your skills
24. Experience with photography, video, events or SEO is a plus, but not essential
